Smeg does not compromise on comfort. The practical base of the kettle rotates 360 degrees and is held firmly in place by non-slip feet. The lid opens to an angle of 80 degrees manually, making it easy to fill. The kettle switches itself off when it has reached the boiling point or when the kettle is removed from the bottom.
