Moka pots come in different sizes because the filter in the pot must always be filled with coffee. Otherwise, the water will pass through the filter too quickly, and the coffee will be weak. By using two or more moka pots of different sizes, you can prepare a flexible amount of coffee at once. The Moka Express moka pot is made of aluminum and can be used on electric and gas stoves. You can also find moka pots made of stainless steel in our selection, which also work on induction stoves.
The nut pot uses coffee that is ground finer than for a filter coffee maker, but slightly coarser than a regular espresso grind. We recommend freshly roasted coffee beans and a high-quality coffee grinder.
